PureAqua Service and Warranty Conditions

• Installation service: As part of our service, we offer a professional installation service. Should you encounter any problems after installation, our installers are ready to assist you.

At PureAqua, we offer a full 2-year warranty without the need for a maintenance contract. This includes:

• No call-out charges.
• No costs for parts.
• No wages.

Free system replacement in case of complaints or problems. Your system will be repaired or you will receive a new one, and you can return the old one in the same box. This is completely free within the warranty period. You will also not pay any shipping costs. This warranty covers:

• Machine and all associated parts
• Crane
• Connection materials
• Defective parts, including filters

Our top priority is ensuring you always have access to clean water. Even outside the warranty period, we strive to get your system operational as quickly as possible. We will always look for a suitable solution, so you're never without a source of clean water.

While "The Source" is fully warrantied and the risk of calamities or malfunctions is fully covered by us for the first two years (including all call-out, parts, and labor costs), there are a few exceptions:

• Damage caused by improper use.
• The lifespan of the filters.
• Natural wear and tear.
• Damage caused by external factors, such as natural disasters.

Would you like to extend your warranty? That's possible! Contact PureAqua to discuss the various service plans. After the standard warranty expires, you can choose to extend it. If you decide not to extend the warranty, we will still resolve any issues that may arise. For these services, we will charge reasonable, upfront rates.

1. Under warranty: If your system malfunctions within the warranty period, our certified PureAqua installer is ready to repair your machine on-site free of charge. If on-site repair is not possible, your system will be replaced free of charge, and you can replace it yourself in just a few minutes.
2. Out of warranty: Even if the warranty period has expired, we guarantee that your system will be repaired or replaced within 10 business days. In the event of an emergency or malfunction, we will act as quickly as possible. Our customers are the heart of our business. In addition to delivering top-quality water filter systems, we place great importance on excellent service and support.
3. Nationwide coverage: Regardless of your location in the Netherlands—from southern Limburg to northern Friesland and from western Zeeland to eastern Groningen—you can count on our consistent service and warranty. Should any problems arise, we're there for you immediately. This also applies to our customers on the Wadden Islands and in northern Belgium.
4. Our promise: Providing service isn't just one part of our business; it's the beating heart of it. We believe that a water filter system alone isn't enough. A system combined with the best service and support is what PureAqua stands for.
