1. Terms of Delivery
- Delivery time: After you place your order, we aim to deliver within 2-5 business days. If there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you.
- Shipping: PureAqua always offers free shipping, regardless of the value of your order.
- Damage: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this.

2. Return conditions
- Returns Period: At PureAqua, you have an exceptionally long 365-day return period to return your purchase, with the exception of the tap, filters, and installation service.
- Faucet Returns: The faucet can be returned if the model or color is not to your liking, as long as it has not yet been installed.
- Costs: Returns are always free. PureAqua will cover the return shipping costs.
- Product condition: Products can only be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Once installed or used, products cannot be returned, with the exception of the machine itself. A 365-day return period applies.
- Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, PureAqua will endeavor to refund the full purchase price via the original payment method within 14 days.

3. Complaints and replacement
If you have any complaints or problems with your system within the warranty period, PureAqua will immediately send an installer to your home or ship you a new system. You can return the defective system in the same box. This is done without any questions and completely free of charge.
