Reverse osmosis is a filtration method in which water is forced through an ultra-fine membrane, removing limescale, salt, heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants, leaving you with pure drinking water.

No. This countertop system is plug-and-play. You fill the reservoir and plug it into the socket.
