De installatie is een drama. Na de bestelling kwam de kraan vlot binnen. Echt top. Het duurde echter 2 werken voordat een monteur contact opnam. Ik heb herhaaldelijk contact gezwicht met jullie organisatie, werd te woord gestaan, echter zonder resultaat. Toe de monteur eenmaal zou langskomen kwam deze niet opdagen en belde niet terug, wat hij wel beloofde. Erg ongelukkig. Ik heb het product helaas nog niet kunnen testen, maar zou dit uiteraard graag doen. Kunnen julllie vlot een monteur regelen? Rufus
